Inside Sales Representative

Up to $65,000 to start plus commissions and full company-sponsored benefits

As Inside Sales Representative, your job duties and responsibilities will include:

• Joining a manufacturer and distributor of flexible packaging solutions
• Obtaining complete training
• Identifying and qualifying new business development opportunities
• Communicating with customers by phone and email
• Answering questions and addressing inquiries
• Assisting customers with the product selection process
• Entering and processing price quotes
• Closing new business and onboarding new clients
• Additionally, supporting existing accounts
• Building relationships and trust with new and existing accounts
• Serving as an ongoing resource for new and existing accounts
• Making updates to customer account information in the CRM
• Handling special projects and other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include

• At least 2 years of Sales, Account Management and/or Business Development experience
• Customer Service experience
• A High School Diploma or Equivalent
